Mailing List

Dear all,

I've decided to set up a mailing list for this blog and added a Newsletter tab on top to sign up. I am devoting more and more time to what started as a simple hobby and plan to begin e-publishing stories relatively soon. So if you are interested in receiving regular updates from yours truly, please do sign up!

Consider this a marketing excercise as I try to determine how many fans I have. 😎

    2. For just a second, I read "promise not to spam" as "promise not to spank."

    4. So cruel as to spank, or so cruel as to promise not to spank? :-)

    2. Give the poor biddy a rest!(And readers) Perhaps she could take a cruise on a slow boat to China. Maybe she'll meet up with Maddie. Maybe she'll grow up and be out of her nappies and be over playing dress-up by the time she gets back. Or maybe that will be the last anyone hears of her. Whatever. Put her to rest. Let her go. Free Annabelle! Anonymous(5)

I hope your next episode upsets 4 or 5 people who shall remain anonymous.

    4. I lost interest rather quickly in Annabelle's doings. I never bothered trying to analyze to myself why the story wasn't working. Now, I'd say that Anonymous(5) got it just right. A lot of children have the experience at some point of finding an old trunk of their parents', or grandparents' clothes and playing dress-up. I did anyway. It was fun, for an occasional hour on rainy days, when I was eight years old. I can't get interested in reading about an adult playing dress-up.

  5. Some of us think diapers enrich a story.
That it can be done better doesn't mean to not do it.
